Fried Rice Recipe to go with Pepper Steak

Fried Rice

Cook rice according to microwave directions

Scramble 2-3 eggs in a bowl

Chop up green onions 

Put 2 tablespoons butter into a coated skillet and melt on low,
Add some minced garlic (if you have some. I forgot to add to grocery list. It's a staple in my house:) and sautĂ© for a few minutes. 

Add to butter and garlic -  eggs, rice and onions and cook on low stirring frequently until the rice is popping and and butter has been obsorbed. About 10. Minutes. You are gonna want to add a little salt as well.
